5 different
custom designs within the same order. If you wish to have more

What type of printing is used for the designs?
A: High quality color laser printing.

I have a project with very specific printing needs. Is it possible
to get the designs printed myself and then send them to you
afterwards?
A: Sure. In this case, send us your files before you get them printed and we
will verify all the specifications to ensure the best possible
results.
Q: Is there a price difference between
your color pins and your black & white pins?
A: Our prices are the same regardless of color.
Q: How fast will I get my order?
A: Orders are
usually ready
between 24 to 48 hours after the artwork and payment are received.
Larger orders of 5,000 units or more may require a little more time, so contact us
beforehand
to ensure deadlines and stock availabilities.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: If you are located in Montreal, Pinscity delivers to your door,
office, venue or store for free with a minimum order of 25 units. If you are outside of the city, contact us to make the shipping arrangements
of your choice.
Smaller orders of 5 units and less ship for free in Canada and USA.
Q: What
modes of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, money orders, certified cheques
and cash payments.
